Minissha Lamba is a name that is slowly but surely climbing the popularity charts, which is something to be proud of given the huge array of stars and starlets that disappear without even a trace. Making a place for herself in the world of Bollywood without godfathers or family patronage belonging to the film industry itself speaks of the mettle this girl is made of.  And her image changing ‘Bikini’ look in ‘Kidnap’ was loved by one and all.

 And we caught this beauty, posing in front of the lens for a magazine, promoting the habit of recycling and usage of recycled products.  She was looking as glamorous as ever, and when quizzed about her preferences of roles in films, she replied, “I have been getting many roles in films, which require me to look very glamorous.  What I feel is that, it is not about wearing glamorous clothes for the sake of looking attractive and appealing on-screen. But, if the role genuinely demands so, then I see no harm in wearing & having a chic, glam look.”

She has been recently working with Bollywood newcomers like Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ & with Imran Khan in ‘Kidnap’. And rumors are that Imran Khan and she share a very close relationship and with the media constantly indicating to them seeing each other, to which she shots back, saying, “It is a very ridiculous that if a boy and a girl are seen publicly, then it is assumed that they are seeing each other. I don’t understand, why is it that a boy and a girl cannot be buddies, and mind you I mentioned the word; buddies and not just friends. People always want to read more than something that doesn’t exist.  Imran is fully committed and happy, still people say things like that, which is totally absurd.”

On her professional front, she has started to read all the scripts offered to her, before finally taking a decision on any.  She is constantly learning from her flops, and on her professional front, she comments, “Improvements are very essential. Working on the craft and also yourself, are very important for personal well-being.”

We surely hope that this upcoming cute, bubbly hottie of Bollywood, makes her mark in Bollywood and continues to sizzle on the silver screen.
